Mobile Programmer

The candidate will be part of the mobile development team of the company, responsible for the implementation of new functionality and maintaining Mobincube.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED:
Knowledge in IOS and/or Android, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, OOP.

KNOWLEDGE VALUED
Windows Phone programming, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, version control systems (svn, git), MVC, MVVM.

Technical Support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently in need of an enthusiastic individual to provide product and technical support to our worldwide customer base. The Customer Support Agent will become an expert in the mobincube platform and will take support requests from mobincube customers from a variety of different sources including email, live chat and our ticketing system. The new agent will join our international virtual support team as a work-at-home employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide Excellent Customer Support
-Answering incoming customer tickets and help clients with their IT technical issues.
-Follow up and solving mobincube platform incidents.
-Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool.
-User Management.
-Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations.
-Create help and training documentation and videos, as needed, to be included in mobincube’s online community

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent English and Spanish
-High level of another European Language (French/German/Italian/ Portuguese) It’s a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in Customer Service environment
-Experience in helpdesk or Technical support is a plus

JOB OFFER:
-Permanent contract.(With 3 month probation period)
