What are the differences between a Mobile Application (App) and a mobile website?
Once the application has been downloaded and installed in the mobile, you do not need to install it again, but with a web page you have to go back and download it again every time you want to see it.
An application can be seen regardless of the network coverage, whereas a web page can only been seen when you have internet connection.
An application uses less data traffic. When you download information from the internet (for example by RSS Feed) you only receive this information.
The distribution of an application can be via the stores of the biggest brands (App Store or Google Play for example), something which can’t be done with a web page.
A mobile application receives a better response and user experience than an adapted web page. For example, the content continues downloading on an application, so going from one content to another is immediate. It is not like this with a web site, where the content has to be redownloaded.
