1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mobincube AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Users may be notified of substantial changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of the Service
The platform allows creating native mobile applications (Android and iOS) through natural language prompts. The service generates source code, compiles binaries, and provides tools for development and distribution.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Accounts inactive for three consecutive months may be deleted along with associated data, except for active paid subscriptions.
4. AI-Generated Content and Token Consumption
It is not possible to determine in advance how many tokens will be needed to complete a task. Token consumption does not guarantee the complete fulfillment of the requested work. Errors may trigger automatic token consumption during resolution. Users are responsible for reviewing generated code before using it in production.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once tokens have been credited. Tokens do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content and prompts provided. A license is granted to use, modify, and distribute generated code. The platform itself remains the exclusive property of Mobincube AI.
7. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to create applications that: • Violate applicable laws • Generate malware or malicious software • Infringe on third-party rights • Distribute harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Data and Privacy
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers. Personal data is not sold.
10. Termination
Mobincube AI may suspend or cancel access for violation of these terms or at its own discretion. Provisions such as limitation of liability survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
