Several apps in a project
Add a new app to the project or replicate an existing one for another platform. All of them share backend, users and database.
A project can have several related apps, for example a mobile app for customers and a web admin panel. All of them share the backend, the user accounts, the database and the code.
Add a new app
- Open the app selector, in the project navigation bar, and choose “New app within the project”.
- Choose the platform and describe what the app should do in “What should this app do?”.
- Click “Create app”.
Replicate an app for another platform
- Open the app selector, in the project navigation bar, and choose “Replicate app for another platform”.
- Choose the source app and the target platform, and click “Replicate app”.
- A new app is created with the same screens and features, adapted to that platform.
Create a planned app that does not exist yet
If the project plan includes a platform that has not been created yet, that app appears in the selector with the “Pre-creation” label. When you choose it, “Create the … app” appears. We recommend finishing the main app first so the new one reuses its structure, design and assets. Creating the app uses credits.
Independent apps
If you want an app that has nothing to do with the others, create a new project from the Dashboard.
Remember that having more platforms makes each prompt use more tokens.
