Buy tokens
Top up your balance with a one-time purchase. Purchased credits do not expire.
- Click “Buy credits” next to your balance, or Billing > “Buy tokens”.
- Choose an amount: $5, $10, $25, $50 or “Custom” (minimum $5).
- If this is your first purchase, enter your country (to calculate taxes) and add a card. If you want an invoice, check “I need an invoice” and fill in your details.
- Review the order summary (credits, plan discount if any, taxes and total) and click “Confirm & pay”.
Payments are processed securely with Stripe. It is a one-time purchase and purchased credits do not expire.

Errors when buying
- “You need a payment method on file to make a purchase.”: add a card before buying.
- “A billing address is required for invoicing.”: complete your billing address.
- “Card expired”: delete the card and add a new one.
