Manage your subscription
Subscribe, change plan or cancel your subscription from Billing.
Under Billing > “My Subscription” you see your current plan and the renewal date.
Subscribe or upgrade
- Click “Upgrade” on the plan you want.
- Review the summary and confirm.
If you change plan in the middle of a period, the prorated amount is charged (“Due now”).
Downgrade
Click “Downgrade” on a lower plan. The change is also prorated.
Cancel
- Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (“Cancels on…”). Until then you keep the plan's benefits.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
